What to Expect

The westward tour will take you to explore the famous Niseko and Hokkaido, lesser-known places in the region. After Niseko, we will move to the surrounding areas to discover more remote and authentic landscapes. Some small towns and resorts offer a unique experience!

Program

We keep a rough plan to be flexible and offer you the best experience possible. So, we’ll follow weather changes and hunt the best and deepest powder!

Arriving independently at Sapporo (Hokkaido) airport by lunchtime, where your guide is waiting for you, we load the van for transfer to the first area where we will stay for the first three nights.

We dedicate the first day on the board to the most famous resort in Hokkaido, we’ll discover Niseko and its enchanted snow covered birch forests. At the end of the day we’ll relax in one of the many hot-spring Onsen we’ll visit.

The Niseko resort has a part that cannot be reached by lifts so today calls for skinning! Making the first track here is pretty normal and like with all virgin runs, you’ll have to work for it. No worries tho, we’ll take go on a short tour to save our energy for a night ride.

Today we will snowboard at a less crowded resort with very fun terrain.
After riding we will move to a new location!

Today depending on conditions there will be more options, weather permitting we will take a trip to an active volcano.

Depending on conditions today we will have more options, weather permitting we will hike from the top of the resort to a wall full of open channels with direct arrival at the parking lot, ready to travel to the Venice of Hokkaido.

Today you will see a small resort full of natural pillows and fun passages between snow-glazed trees. Weather permitting, we can take a quick pellet past the lifts and enjoy the view of the sea a few miles away. After some of the best ramen you will find in all of Hokkaido.

We load the vans in the direction of Sapporo, on the way we stop to snowboard at a local super resort.
Day in the capital of Hokkaido, you can visit Sapporo, do some shopping and enjoy an evening that could turn into an unforgettable one, sipping craft beers or tasting Japanese whiskey.
